We offer a range of consultancy services to clients across the Leisure and Community spectrum. This includes sports, arts, recreation, commuity development, youth and play, countryside and parks and open spaces.

Our core services include:-
Consultancy. We can undertake a range of consultancy projects from initial research, options appraisal, business planning and the development of strategic plans.
Training and mentoring. We can offer bespoke seminars, workshops and training programmes across the Community and Leisure Spectrum.
Policy and strategy development. We can produce policy and strategy documents with detailed action plans in any of the Leisure and Community Services disciplines. Effective community consultation is normally a core part of the process.
Project management, monitoring and evaluation. We can help you articulate your project concept and structure it within a detailed task-based timeframe to ensure that it is achieved on time, within budget and with measureable outcomes and results.
Funding proposals and applications. In addition to undertaking research into funding opportunities, we can also work with you to prepare applications and bids. We have extensive experience of European funding, Regeneration funding, sponsorship and Lottery funding.
Research. We are always keen to assist in developing thinking and practice within the leisure and commuity service areas. Of particular current interest is community based work based on Quality of Life and "liveability".

The Dynamic Client
Designed for application in leisure management operations the Dynamic Client ensures that contract delivery is optimised over the term of a contract and continues to evolve and grow to reflect the needs of the client and customer.
Value+
The Value+ performance improvement approach can be applied to any service area and has a specific focus on the cost of service delivery and value optimisation.
The Dynamic Client and Value+ can be introduced in a general way but a bespoke application is recommended.
